Herbalist and educator, Angela Tiberio created this home-based business in 1996. It has developed into a successful, family run business thanks to the efforts and loyalty of many friends and family members. Our gardens, herbal apothecary and learning center is located on a 7 acre farm just outside the village of Honeoye Falls, NY.

Using herbs to nourish the mind and body is an age-old practice. We are dedicated to carrying on these herbal traditions by providing the finest quality herbal products available for health and well-being. Many of the herbs are grown here in our own organic gardens or ethically wildcrafted from local fields. We carefully hand-harvest our herbs in accordance with the rhythms and cycles of each plant as it reaches its optimum potency. We then place them in a formula of alcohol and water in order to preserve their freshness and vitality and then use them to formulate our herbal extracts. We steep the herbs & flowers in sun-warmed emollient oils for several weeks to extract their frangrace & active ingredients, then carefully blend them with the purest essential oils to create our creams, salves and bath & body oils. After carefully drying the remainder of our herbs, we hand strip them for later use to create our herbal tea blends, bath blends and custom ground capsules.

From the planting, to the weeding, to the harvesting, we at Lavender Moon Herb Gardens truly enjoy partaking in the making of our products.
