For online orders we accept Visa and Mastercard. Please make certain that the shipping information that you provide matches the billing information held by your credit card company. All orders are matched against this information for your own security. I'm afraid we do not accept international orders at this time.

SHIPPING
We do our best to get your order out in 48 hours but its best to plan one week in advance when placing an order. On occasion, we may need to backorder an item. We will ship the backordered item to you as soon as possible (usually within a week or two) at no additional shipping charge. Parcels are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail, and/or UPS. (This depends on the weight of the package and your location). You may select quick delivery when ordering online or by phone for just $8.00 plus regular shipping cost. Quick delivery ships within 2-3 business days.
LOCAL ONLINE ORDERS (Pick-Up's)
Local orders may be picked up at the store on 7 Boughton Hill Rd in Honeoye Falls. Orders placed before noon on a day when the store is open will be available on that same day. Otherwise, orders will be available the next store day.
ORDERING BY PHONE
For phone orders, please have your complete credit card information and order ready. Call toll free 1-888-801-4115 during our open hours. We only accept Visa and Master Card.
ORDERING BY MAIL
If you prefer to order by mail you can write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper along with your shipping address and telephone number. Payment must accompany your order. Checks and money orders are made payable to : Lavender Moon Herb Gardens or include complete credit card information. (Sorry no C.O.D.'s) Please add appropriate shipping charges (see Shipping Rate Chart) and sales tax when applicable. Please note: There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks.
